National Eats

Chef AJ Dixon was born and bred in Milwaukee's South Side.  She graduated from MATC's Culinary Arts program in 2002.

She has been a featured Chef at Guilda's Club and Milwaukee's Bastille Days festival.

She is also involved with her community by teaching cooking classes at the Bay View Community Center and donating time and cooking expertise to local non-profits and cook-offs.

AJ believes that anyone and everyone should have easy access to great food. Wonderful food creates great conversations, long lasting friendships, and a full belly.
